The role

Part of the Corporate UK and Ireland Finance Business Partnering Team. Supporting the Finance Business Partners to:

Identify and implement finance process improvements – driving automation through the advanced use of excel, Power BI and artificial intelligence

Makes use of ideas and adapts to change by trying out new approaches and solutions. Discusses ideas with others and suggests better ways of working. Makes process improvements to own area of work.

Shows an interest in and maintains professionalism with Customers. Responds to immediate needs in line with regulatory and legal requirements and follows through on enquiries, requests or complaints.

Problem Solving

Uncovers information to identify causal links. Uses a variety of tools/techniques to break down complex issues and spots trends, patterns and interdependencies between issues. Assess risks and is pragmatic when developing solutions.
